Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1. Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "15bd", "we", "us" or "platform" refers to the online gaming and betting service operated by 15bd, available at https://15bd.cam. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform.

"Services" refers to all online casino games, sports betting (including cricket and rugby), live casino, slots and other gaming services provided through 15bd. "Account" refers to the personal user profile created through registration on the platform.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, using the same payment method, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. Providing your correct name, date of birth and contact details at the time of registration is mandatory.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe environment and prevent fraud, 15bd reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• Certified copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad statement, etc.)
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

3.3 Password Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Deposit Rules

15bd currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). There is no maximum deposit limit, however large amounts may require verification.

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. For successfully verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. The withdrawal process may be delayed until the account is verified.

4.3 Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times (deposit + bonus). For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus; to become eligible for withdrawal, a total of ৳44,000 (20 × (1,000 + 1,200)) must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games at 15bd.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
• A new bonus cannot be activated until the current bonus offer is completed.
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated in the offer details. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• If any bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The 15bd VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier comes with special benefits including weekly cashback. Advancement through VIP tiers is determined by your overall activity and loyalty. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change; members will be notified of any changes.

5.4 General Terms for Promotional Offers

15bd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer. The specific terms of each promotion will be published on that offer's page and will apply alongside these general terms.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack, crack or make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software.
• Gaming through automated bots or scripts.
• Conducting fraudulent activities in collusion with other members.
• Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Playing games or placing bets using a third party's funds.

8. Responsible Gaming

In no event will 15bd's maximum liability exceed the actual balance held in the relevant member's account.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

11.2 Closure by 15bd

15bd may close an account without notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or incorrect information.
• Failure or refusal to complete verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Account inactive for an extended period.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked as inactive if no transactions have occurred for more than 12 months. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
